Most warranty claims are processed within 7-10 business days from submission. Complex cases involving field inspections may take up to 14 business days.

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are NOT covered under our warranty:

  • Wear and tear from normal use over time
  • Damage from extreme weather conditions or natural disasters

Warranty Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register my product warranty?
Most Hydroflow products come with automatic warranty coverage upon purchase when bought from authorized dealers. Keep your purchase receipt as proof of warranty. For high-value systems, you can register online through our website or by emailing warranty@hydroflow.co.ke with your purchase details.
What documents do I need for a warranty claim?
You'll need: 1) Original purchase receipt or invoice, 2) Clear photos of the defective product, 3) Photos showing the installation context, 4) Description of the issue and when it occurred, 5) Product model/serial numbers if available. For irrigation systems, include water quality test results if available.
Do you offer on-site warranty service?
Yes, for large irrigation systems and installations over KES 50,000, we offer on-site warranty assessment within Nairobi and surrounding counties. For remote locations, we may arrange for local service partners or provide shipping labels for return. Contact our support team to schedule an on-site visit.
What happens if my product is discontinued?
If the exact product is discontinued, we will offer a comparable replacement of equal or greater value. If no comparable product is available, we may issue a store credit for the original purchase price (adjusted for any usage period).
Is labor covered under warranty?
Labor costs for warranty repairs are covered if the installation was performed by Hydroflow-certified technicians. For self-installed systems, product replacement is covered but installation labor may not be included. Check your installation service agreement for details.
How long does warranty replacement take?
Most warranty replacements are processed within 7-10 business days. For items in stock, replacement can be immediate. For specialized products, it may take 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. We provide temporary solutions when possible for critical irrigation systems.
